No German Retrievers Around Here!

Little Miss Jersey got fixed last night. I didn't think I would miss her as much as I did. And, I didn't think Jake would miss her either but he was all distraught without her! Silvio and Stella didn't even notice she was gone, typical. She is happy to be home, and finally resting.
So, I guess it's official, Jake will have to keep searching for his chance at a "roll in the hay"

Today we met a tiger...for real!

We had a once in a lifetime opportunity today thanks to our friends Bill and Deb. They invited us to watch Bill perform a root canal on a white Bengal tiger, Eloise, who traveled all the way from Oregon. She weighed 350 pounds and was absolutely beautiful! I didn't matter to us that she was out cold...we got to pet a tiger!

Here, Dan is helping move the heavy beast onto a gurney and into the operating room.

We couldn't resist, we had to represent our House of Coffees!
