Happy Birthday to Jake!

So Jake is 4...we think, we don't really know his exact birthday or age. But, since I am persistent (yes, some may some call it annoying) when I want to know something, the vague facts we gathered led us to September 16, 2004 as the day our Jakey was born!

In the morning, Jake was excited to find out it was his birthday and that he got an extra treat and a trip to the park!

Later that afternoon...
It was apparent the excitement had worn off!

Jersey, Jersey, Jersey...everything is all about her lately! I figured I owed Silvio and Stella their own post just so everyone would know that they still exist!

This is how Silvio sleeps on top of the hutch. He is always one step away from falling off. Until that day, we will just enjoy the random sleeping positions.

The Baby is No Longer a Baby

Well, Jersey is officially growing up! I've noticed her teeth have been loose so I have been totally treating her like a real baby and freezing her toys! I also bought her a good chew bone (something I promise not to do to a real baby!) So today I noticed something white on my rug, and it was her first lost tooth! Ok, as I'm posting this I'm starting to realize, maybe I have too much time on my hands....

The tooth in HD or in too much zoom on a old camera...you decide.

Where there's a lost tooth, there's a hole in your gums.
