It has been a very busy week around here! Jersey is 10 weeks old today and is learning more and more each day. Although she tests us regularly! Her most favorite naughty things to do are eat the bark off the tree then run away so we cannot get it from her and chew on the rugs. Despite this, much progress has been made. She is learning the words NO and OFF very quickly! :)
Jersey's friend Sadie (Lindsay & Ryan's lab) gave her this duck. She absolutely LOVES it! She carries it all over the house and even sleeps with it at night using it as a pillow. Thanks Sadie!
Jersey LOVES Jake. And as of today he's starting to love her too! They played A LOT today chasing each other and running in the backyard. It was great to see them getting along! She also like to copy whatever he does as you can see from the picture above!
Playing in the backyard!She copies Jakes roll in the grass whenever he does it and enjoys bringing me sticks that she finds, living up to the retriever name I guess?!
Jersey's first swim!
Jersey got to meet Gertie, Hugo, Mac, Mia, Grace, and Leroy (just a few of my parents animals!) She liked the cat, Leroy, the best because he was the only one who would kind of play back. Gertie and Hugo (the shitzus) were not so friendly! After a lot of playing she crashed under the couch then took a snooze with Auntie O.What a life!
